Hello! I'm Bella, an illustrator and author with a love for ink, watercolour, and storytelling.
Originally from London and now based in Luxembourg, I create whimsical, character-driven work that blends warmth, humour, and mischief. Let me tell you a little bit about my life.

My love for art began before I even started school. Every Tuesday, I’d spend the day at my grandma’s house, back when I was still blonde and barely five. She was the one who first introduced me to watercolour. Those early afternoons at her kitchen table sparked a love of drawing that’s never left me.

Art has always been at the heart of my education.
I studied it throughout school and went on to attend Central Saint Martins, part of the University of the Arts London. In 2019, I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, a time that helped me deepen my creative voice.

No matter where I was, I never stopped drawing.
While studying, I worked in retail. During quiet periods, you'd find me sketching behind the till. My co-workers would pin my doodles to the staffroom walls, turning break time into a mini gallery. Art has always found its way into my everyday life.

After university, I became an art teacher, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Watching children grow as artists and as people was a daily joy. Their curiosity and creativity were contagious.
But deep down, I knew where my heart truly belonged: storytelling through illustration.

Currently, I'm still painting and drawing, and I've recently fallen in love with a new medium: ceramics.
Exploring new materials keeps my creativity fresh, but my biggest dream remains the same: to publish my work and collaborate with like-minded people in the world of children’s books.
